CALIBRATION CAP

The calibrator cap protects Kroma’s important image sensor. Leave the cap on when turning on the device to properly calibrate the sensor. The Teflon cap is intended to cover and protect the Kroma’s spectrometer sensitivity whenever the analyser is not in use.

PILL TRAY

A pill tray with a protective cap is provided to scan solid substrates smaller than 15x15mm. A larger material can be analyzed in the same tray, made of borosillicate material, in powder form. It’s important to keep this tray clean and free of fingerprints!

VIAL TRAY

A vial, made of quartz, is provided to enable scanning of liquid material using the liquid tray. This is another component to keep clean and well protected.

MOBILE ACCESS

Enabling analysis in most any location, Kroma connects to the user’s mobile device via Bluetooth connectivity. The scan results are then compared to the cloud database using the mobile device as a hub (available for iOS and Android).
